The Treatment Space for Rider’s, their Friends and Family is designed to promote relaxation in a professional, clean and comfortable environment.

Lisa is qualified in Sports Massage Level 4, which includes deep tissue massage and manipulation of soft tissues using a variety of techniques.

A Sports massage can help to provide relief from pain and discomfort from associated dysfunction of soft tissues and tension associated with poor posture. Problems with posture can often be linked to lifestyle and in particular job related activities, this can vary from role to role. Lisa will perform a full postural analysis and advise on areas that can be worked on.

However, a Relaxing Massage may also be appealing and Lisa can vary techniques used to meet the needs of each individual client. Rider’s can refer their Friends and Family for either type of Massage by contacting the appointment number.
